Cancellations due to reasons unrelated to our service quality are not eligible for refunds
Lack of communication for more than 14 days may void refund eligibility
Refunds are not applicable if company policies are violated
If another designer or agency is involved, refunds will not be entertained
Services such as SEO, social media marketing, domain registration, and hosting are non-refundable
Once a website is approved and moved into development, refunds are not applicable

If the initial concept is rejected without requesting revisions, a refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative and processing charges.

After a refund is processed, all rights to the delivered work remain with Umair Web Studio, and the client may not use the designs or materials in any form.
